About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated NPI (New Product and Feature Introduction) Program Manager to lead and continue to scale our NPI framework. This role serves as the crucial strategic bridge between Product Management and our customer‑facing teams, ensuring we prepare our internal and external customers for every product and feature launch. Your core objective is to plan the quarterly go‑to‑market roadmap, set timelines, and govern resource allocation for on time delivery, across the cross‑functional NPI team. As the owner of the NPI lifecycle, you will manage every phase from intake to retrospective with strict accountability, clear governance, and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Partnerships: You will act as the primary orchestrator across these key functional areas:
- Product Management: Coordinate the knowledge transfer from Product Management to ensure the NPI team understands the product roadmap and quarterly deliveries. Once the roadmap is socialized, facilitate deliverable planning and identify specific requirements (e.g. technical documentation, visual assets, demo, etc) that cross‑functional teams need from the Product team.
- Sales & Sales Enablement: Ensure the field teams are equipped with right messaging and internal/external resources to sell our products and feature enhancements.
- Customer Operations & Support: Facilitate Voice of the Customer (VOC) calls in partnership with Product Management to identify trends in feedback, ensuring critical touchpoints happen between those who build the product and those who support it.
- Professional Learning: Provide visibility into feature updates, ensuring the Professional Learning team has direct access to product enhancements in staging environments to audit existing and create new, before a launch.
- Marketing: Aligning product release milestones with market‑facing campaigns and launch windows.
- Operations: Build and maintain the NPI framework for the quarterly cycle, ensuring all infrastructure and documentation hubs are ready for execution. Define meeting cadences and coordinate formal kick‑offs to align cross‑functional stakeholders (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Operations, Sales Enablement, Professional Learning) before GTM planning begins. Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure total alignment between the Quarterly Product Roadmap and the NPI Roadmap. Partner with Product and Program Managers to capture critical updates following Pillar Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), ensuring the NPI roadmap reflects the latest pillar‑level status updates. Equip Product Managers with release schedules and operational readiness checklists to support their cross‑pillar oversight. Incorporate cross‑pillar dependencies identified by Program Managers back into the NPI roadmap to mitigate risks early with NPI team. Facilitate seamless knowledge transfer between Product Management and cross‑functional leads to ensure the 'What' and the 'Why' behind every feature are clearly understood. Ensure quarterly commitments from each pillar are signed off, ensuring roadmap communication is accurate and ready for stakeholder distribution.
- Go to Market Execution: Act as the primary program manager for all workstreams. Utilize tracking tools to hold teams accountable, manage dependencies, and ensure milestones are met on schedule. Translate strategic plans into tactical release schedules by pairing development milestones with market‑facing launch activities. Lead GTM teams through the full NPI lifecycle. This includes: Conducting Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs) to report on release progress and deliverable impacts. Tracking Sprint Progress to provide visibility into 'Main' branch changes, ensuring Product Learning and Support teams can view updates ahead of customer release. Ensuring internal communication is maintained through final deployment.
- Feedback & Optimization: Measure and report on on time quarterly product launch. Monitor feedback cycles via VOC (Voice of Customer) calls, Sleekplan, and CS feedback to drive rapid product iteration. Conduct comprehensive retrospectives to document 'Lessons Learned' and archive process assets to optimize future NPI cycles and operational efficiency.
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years of experience managing programs or projects, including familiarity with SaaS product environments and customer‑facing program delivery.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Productboard, Confluence, Asana or similar).

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working directly within K‑12, special education, or higher education settings.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving projects.
