Working within established reward frameworks, the role will partner closely with People, Finance, and business stakeholders to support reward decision‑making and ensure our reward practices remain competitive, equitable, and compliant across all operating locations. The role focuses on reward analysis, modelling, benchmarking, reporting, and insight generation to support compensation planning, pay transparency, reward governance, and the ongoing enhancement of our reward frameworks and programmes. This role is suited to someone who combines strong analytical capability with commercial awareness and can translate reward data into clear, evidence‑based recommendations for stakeholders. This role is primarily based in Antrim with a requirement for weekly office attendance (hybrid). However, we are also open to UK‑based remote candidates with occasional travel to the Antrim office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse compensation and benefits data to support cyclical reward activity, including annual salary and bonus review processes.
  • Develop reward modelling and scenario analysis to support compensation planning, budget allocation, and reward decision‑making.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation programmes, including base salary, bonus, and incentive frameworks, to support attraction and retention objectives.
  • Interpret reward data to identify trends, risks, anomalies, and equity considerations, highlighting insights and recommendations to stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Support budget tracking, modelling, and analysis relating to compensation and benefits activities.
  • Conduct detailed market research and benchmarking of salaries, benefits, and total reward packages across all operating locations on a regular basis.
  • Maintain and update salary benchmarks and salary ranges in line with market data, internal frameworks, and global pay transparency requirements.
  • Support the application and ongoing maintenance of the organisation’s job architecture framework, ensuring consistency and internal equity across roles.
  • Support alignment across grading, salary structures, and reward frameworks.
  • Support the evaluation and review of employee benefits programmes through market analysis, utilisation insights, and cost analysis.
  • Ensure reward data, reporting, and processes align with relevant legislation and internal governance requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of reward‑related legislation, employment policy, and emerging market practices to support compliance and governance.
  • Produce regular and ad‑hoc reporting, dashboards, and insights to support People and business decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with People teams and stakeholders to support communication of reward programmes using clear, data‑informed insights.
  • Contribute to reward‑related projects, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reward processes, reporting, automation, and operational efficiencies across compensation and benefits activities.
  • Support reward system enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives to improve data quality, scalability, governance, and user experience.

  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with HR systems advantageous.
  • Good understanding of compensation, benefits, reward governance, and pay transparency requirements within a global environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities collaboratively and independently.
