About the role: We are looking for a Director, Infrastructure to lead a small, centralised, governance-focused Infrastructure team during a period of material transition. We’re looking for an experienced leader to help our product engineering teams to own and operate their own infrastructure. This role will help to enable this ownership safely and consistently through strong platform foundations, Infrastructure as Code, and pragmatic governance.
As Director, Infrastructure, you will set the strategy, standards and guardrails that allow 80+ developers across multiple product teams to provision, operate and reason about their own cloud infrastructure with confidence. You will lead the organisation’s transition towards Terraform-first delivery, well-defined cloud.
