About the role

The Business Operations team bridges finance, sales, and systems to ensure efficient workflows. This administrator position is essential for maintaining the processes that connect Sales and Finance to the end customer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Feed and follow processes to deliver services to agreed deadlines, including Credit and Rebill, Online orders with adjustments, Single and other small orders, Order approval and invoicing, Print replacements, Stripe Reconciliations.
  • Act as a quality assurance point, reviewing random samples of sales cases and reporting findings such as correct grace periods, active purchase orders, accurate tax for non‑US customers, correct field entries, and identifying process inefficiencies.
  • Handle inbound telephone queries as part of first‑line customer support, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in an administrative, operations, finance support, or sales support role within a business environment.
  • Experience in transactional or process‑driven work such as order processing, invoicing, billing, data entry, or account updates.
  • Demonstrated use of business systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Sage, or similar tools) in a professional setting.
  • Experience with data validation and spreadsheet use (e.g. Excel) with high accuracy.
  • Evidence of meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment supporting internal or external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Sugar, Sage Intacct, or SAP.

Location

This role is based at the Antrim office and requires weekly commuting to the office.
