About the role

We are on the lookout for our newest team member, someone with a growth mindset and a passion to help us succeed. The People Partner is a strategic, people-focused leader who partners across the organisation to align People strategy with business objectives, driving performance, engagement, and organisational capability. This role plays a key part in shaping and delivering initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance the employee experience, and support sustainable growth, while maintaining credibility and visibility at all levels of the business. As a trusted advisor, the People Partner works closely with senior leaders and managers to enable commercially sound, people-centred decisions that balance performance, culture, and long-term organisational health. Through proactive partnership and strong stakeholder relationships, they ensure People priorities are clearly understood, embedded, and translated into meaningful action. Leveraging data-driven insights, workforce planning, and organisational development expertise, the People Partner anticipates future capability needs and helps build a high-performing, inclusive SaaS organisation. While providing balanced, best-practice guidance when needed, the primary focus of this role is enabling strategic growth, strengthening leadership capability, and driving measurable business impact through people.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships built on trust, credibility, and professionalism, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
  • Partner with senior leaders to align People strategy with business goals, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organisational effectiveness and performance.
  • Provide thoughtful challenge and guidance to leaders, ensuring decisions reflect best practice, organisational values, and long-term business objectives.
  • Support and influence organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives to enable business growth and transformation.
  • Lead the implementation and sustainable embedding of People initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team to deliver a unified, global approach to talent, performance, engagement, and development initiatives.
  • Act as a key liaison between business teams and the People function, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and structured feedback loops to the People leadership team.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and engagement insights (including eNPS, survey results, and lifecycle feedback) to identify trends, strengths, and risks.
  • Translate insights into targeted, practical action plans in partnership with leaders, driving accountability and measurable improvements.
  • Anticipate organisational needs and proactively recommend solutions to address future capability, engagement, and performance challenges.
  • Champion a high-performance culture aligned to the organisation's feedback philosophy and talent management approach.
  • Ensure performance management processes are delivered effectively and consistently, enabling recognition of talent and supporting performance improvement.
  • Promote and embed the organisation's mission, vision, and values throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, inclusion, continuous feedback, and growth.
  • Support the global leadership team in driving company-wide People priorities and organisational improvements.

Essential Criteria

  • 2 years of experience in a strategic, global People Partner role.
  • Demonstrates strong, up-to-date expertise in local employment legislation and case law, proactively monitoring developments and translating changes into practical, compliant, and commercially aligned people practices, in close partnership with People Operations to implement updates where required.
  • Strong commerciality, with the ability to align People strategies to revenue growth, profitability, and organisational performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience partnering with and coaching leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to inform People decisions.
  • Experience using AI-enabled and automation tools within People systems to drive operational excellence and scalable processes.
  • Experience with change & project management.
  • Professionalism and ethical behaviour.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience supporting Technology and Product teams.
  • Experience of mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of People Systems: HiBob preferably.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office.
  • HR Certification.
