Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Presales Functional Consultant (D365)
to lead presales engagements, shape solution strategy, and deliver compelling demonstrations for Global clients. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers understand how D365 can transform their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead presales cycles: discovery, scoping, solutioning, and demo delivery.
• Run requirements workshops and perform functional fit-gap analysis.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations across D365 F&O, CE, or BC.
• Create solution architectures, proposals, and presales collateral.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and commercial discussions.
• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and C-suite.
• Mentor junior consultants and improve presales assets.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in D365 functional consulting, including presales experience.
• Expertise in F&O, CE/CRM, or Business Central.
• Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, supply chain, operations, sales, service).
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with RFPs and complex sales cycles.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
