About the opportunity: We have an opportunity for a Grounds Supervisor to join us at our Finch Farm training groundtolead themaintenance ofthe Academyplaying surfacesand associatedfacilities tothe world class standards associated with Premier League football.
The Academy Grounds Supervisor willbe responsible forthe planning of daily, weeklyand monthly grounds maintenance tasksandwillbe thegrounds teamsface for Academy coachesand management, listening toand dealingwith anyconcerns and problems that they have.
As part of the Finch Farm grounds management group, the Academy Grounds Supervisorwill be closely and cooperatively working with the Head Groundspersonof Finch Farm and First Team Grounds Supervisor to ensure daily staff allocation is suitable and that equipment and other resources are prioritised for the needs of the whole site.
Whowerelooking for: Essentially, weare looking for an individual who has experience of working within an elite footballing environment specifically working within anoutdoor sportsfacility.
Our successful candidate will alsodemonstratethe following skills, knowledgeand experience: Excellent knowledge of plant care including weeds pests and diseases.
