Since 1988, Everton in the Community has become a dynamic force for good, harnessing the unifying power of football to drive social change across Liverpool City Region. Supported by over 130 full‑time staff and 200 volunteers, the independently governed charity offers more than 60 programmes tackling health, employability, anti‑social behaviour, crime, exploitation, education, dementia and disability.
We are looking for a Youth Inclusion Coach to join the team. The Coach will deliver football and youth work interventions across all Kicks sites, supporting the Youth Inclusion Manager and Coordinators in delivering the Kicks programme and meeting KPIs. The role targets at‑risk and vulnerable young people aged 8‑25, aiming to develop social skills, gain qualifications, improve health and wellbeing, and provide safe, friendly experiences.
Safeguarding
Understand the Club’s Safeguarding policy, procedures and best practice guidelines. Use this understanding to ensure safe working practices, appropriate reporting of concerns and contribute positively to an anti‑bullying environment.
Who we are looking for
Individuals with experience delivering in schools and educational establishments, who can gain the trust of young people, inspire and motivate them, and are flexible to work unsociable hours (evenings and weekends). The role will be located across Goodison Park, EITC sites, schools, external delivery sites and any venue deemed suitable by the Youth Inclusion Manager. Working hours are 5 hours per week.
