About the opportunity
We are currently looking to recruit Casual Pre‑Academy Coaches working as and when required to Support our Pre‑Academy Coaching programme, you will work closely and cooperatively with the full‑time Coaches to ensure that the needs of all players are fully catered for. You will assist the management, development and coaching of the groups, in line with the Coaching philosophy, vision and values of the Academy and the Club as a whole. As a requirement of our safer recruitment practices, this role will require either a Enhanced or Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or evidence that you are subscribed to the DBS Update Service information of which can be found here.
Who we\’re looking for
Essentially you must have experience in youth football coaching ideally within the U6‑U8 phase and be able to evidence that you currently hold a UEFA B Licence (or evidence of working towards). This role will involve evening and weekend work so flexibility is essential.
