The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We are now looking for a Academy Goalkeeping Coach to join us for the remainder of the season to be responsible for the overall holistic management, development and coaching of the Goalkeepers within a dedicated phase, in line with the Coaching philosophy, vision and values of the Academy and the Club as a whole.
You will work closely with the Head of Academy Goalkeeping Coaching, and other coaches, to ensure that the needs of all players are fully catered for in the same manner.
Other key responsibilities as part of this role include:
Planning and delivering of the development programme for goalkeepers; working towards the objectives as per the curriculum
Leading all key Academy personnel when planning and arranging coaching sessions and matches to ensure that the appropriate support is in place and that the timetable fits with all other Academy activities
Creating and evaluating all coaching sessions and build all relevant match information, ensuring that all information is recorded fully on the Clubs Football Intelligence Platform where appropriate.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who has an outstanding track record, has in or has been in a similar role and is able to show a clear understanding of how to coach and develop youth and professional football players within an established Academy environment., Our Academy Goalkeeping Coach will play a pivotal role in ensuring we as a Club maintain our standard – Nil Satis Nisi Optimum.
This position is on a Fixed-Term Contract until the end of the 24/25 season, based at our training ground, Finch Farm.
