About the opportunity
The Impact & Inclusion Apprentice will play a pivotal role in advancing Everton Football Club’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) objectives. Reporting to the Head of Equity & Inclusion, this position is ideal for an individual who is eager to support key initiatives that foster a more inclusive and sustainable culture within the company.
As a core part of the team, the successful applicant will contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of projects that promote an equitable and inclusive organisation and support the company’s social and environmental sustainability goals. Reporting to the Head of Equity & Inclusion, this position offers valuable exposure to both EDI and wider ESG workstreams. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to contribute to both inclusivity and sustainability, gaining well-rounded experience while making a meaningful impact across the organisation.
This is a development opportunity specifically linked to undertaking the completion of the Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner apprenticeship standard, to which some eligibility criteria apply.
To be eligible to undertake the apprenticeship scheme, applicants should not currently be in education or already be enrolled on an apprenticeship framework.
