Eversys UK Limited and Eversys Ireland Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversys Switzerland, are positioning themselves to become the leading commercial espresso machine suppliers in both markets.

The Role

This is a field‑based national business development position, with a strong focus on London and the South East. You’ll play a key role in growing our presence both directly and through the contract catering and FM channels. You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities, developing long‑term client relationships, and championing the Eversys brand across the industry. The role offers plenty of variety, independence, and the chance to make a visible impact. You’ll be mainly field‑based, with travel as needed and regular visits to our UK Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through self‑generated leads, industry networking, and relationship building.
  • Nurture and grow existing accounts, building trust and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey, from initial sale to ongoing service.
  • Represent Eversys at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Drive growth particularly within the contract catering & FM sectors, building strong partnerships with regional and national operators.
  • Understand client needs and shape solutions that align with our premium product offering and high service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including service, sales admin, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline with clarity and ownership.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs in line with company goals.

About You

  • A proven track record in national new business development and account management.
  • Experience selling into workplace clients, including via contract caterers and FM (5+ years experience is desirable).
  • Comfortable working independently in a field‑based role, with strong time‑management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re proactive, reliable, and naturally great at building trust.
  • A positive, solutions‑focused mindset and a genuine interest in people.
  • Passion for coffee and technology, and a belief in Eversys’ mission to bridge the gap between traditional and super‑automatic espresso solutions.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
