Everson Recruitment is seeking a Specialist Lease Extension & Enfranchisement Lawyer to join our Leasehold Team. The role involves managing a caseload of lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage matters across England, with flexible remote working and the option to base in one of four offices (Salisbury, Andover, Amesbury, Fordingbridge).
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in lease extension, enfranchisement and right to manage, and will be confident.
