I am looking for Mobile Support Workers to work in a Care Home/ Care at Home/ Supported Living Services in Mental Health. You will need a full driving licence and access to a car. You will assist the Team Leader/ Deputy Team Leader/ Manager in maintaining professional standards of care and the provision of high quality support which aims to achieve positive outcomes for people. You will provide day-to-day service delivery of care and support. You will work in partnership with people who use the service, encouraging choice, participation and motivation whilst adhering at all times to the values of my client s Mental Health Association. and Scottish Social Services Council Codes of Practice. You will provide assistance with daily living tasks, including but not limited to: shopping, cleaning, personal care and other tasks as directed in the support plan and to help achieve individual outcomes.
