I am looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to find new clients for Recruitment Services. This is a pure business development role. You will not be involved in recruiting or placing candidates — our internal team handles all delivery. Your sole focus is winning new client contracts for the agency. This is a results-based opportunity. Your earnings reflect the value you bring to the business — the more contracts you secure, the more you earn. There is no cap.
Commission: Uncapped, paid on every new contract signed — recurring on volume placed
Realistic OTE: £35,000 – £50,000+ depending on activity and pipeline conversion
Performance reviews: Base salary increases tied to consistent delivery
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in target sectors
- Pitch Everson Recruitment's staffing services and close new contracts
- Build relationships with decision-makers, HR managers, and operations leads
- Represent Everson Recruitment at networking events and client meetings
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
- Report new business activity and wins to the Operational Manager
- Hand over signed accounts to the internal recruitment team
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of the UK recruitment or staffing industry (advantage)
- Valid UK driving licence (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office

- Existing network in Food Production, Cleaning, or Logistics
