As an eBilling Support Analyst, reporting to the Billing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Finance Team to support the firm's end‑to‑end eBilling process - from client implementation, through to successful delivery of the e‑Billed invoice to the client. Your role as an eBilling Support Analyst is an integral role within our International Operations Team and your responsibilities will include:
- Support and maintenance of complex relationships with clients and key stakeholder groups including Practice Groups, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations, IT, Global Client teams and 3rd party suppliers
- Accurate input and maintenance of data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink amongst others
- Timely and accurate submission of invoices to the appropriate platforms
- Reporting, monitoring and resolution of any invoice rejections
- Maintenance of eBilling mailboxes responding to queries on a timely basis
- Provision of effective training and support to Billing teams, both in the UK and our International Offices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in legal billing
- Strong knowledge of legal billing systems and eBilling platforms
- Familiarity with law firm billing guidelines and compliance requirements
