About The Role

Reporting to the Internal Communications Manager, you will support the delivery of high‑quality, effective internal communications that reflect our strategic priorities and values. Acting as an “in‑house reporter”, you will work with stakeholders across the business to translate complex information into clear, engaging content for our internal channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual looking to build a career in communications within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, draft, edit and publish internal news and content across a range of channels, including the firm’s intranet
  • Maintain and update intranet pages, ensuring content is accurate, timely and aligned to house style
  • Plan and schedule communications activity in line with agreed editorial processes and timelines
  • Create simple, on‑brand visual content for digital and print channels, including intranet, digital signage and Microsoft Teams
  • Support the creation of video content where required
  • Build technical capability across communications platforms and tools
  • Produce regular analytics and insights to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
  • Support firm‑wide and Executive communications initiatives
  • Help ensure internal communications align with the firm’s strategic, commercial and responsible business priorities

Skills & Experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • An interest in digital communications and emerging technologies, including GenAI, with sound judgement and respect for confidentiality
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • The ability to work at pace, respond to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of the firm
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with colleagues across Communications, Responsible Business, Design, and legal and business services teams
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a professional approach at all times
