Our Team

The Structured Finance team is growing rapidly and works with general banking, corporate, tax, regulatory and real estate specialists. You will be part of a large wider team, fully supported and engaged at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of structured finance matters within an international and national team environment.
• Support more senior lawyers and potentially supervise junior lawyers.

Skills and experience

• Public and private securitisations
• Forward flow‑funding
• Internal securitisations
• Loan portfolio sales and servicing
• Warehouse lending
• Back‑leverage

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude are also required. The role is suitable for candidates with 1‑6 years’ PQE who are interested in progression and career advancement.
