We are looking for Senior Lawyers (4PQE+) to join us in Birmingham, working as part of the national Banking Practice Group to support a broad range of banking transactions across Corporate Finance and Leveraged Finance. The candidate will gain experience working with private equity sponsors, corporates, banks and funds. These roles will involve working on a wide range of finance matters.
