Key responsibilities
On a daily basis you will work on a wide range of structured finance matters within an international and national team environment, supporting more senior lawyers and supervising more junior lawyers.
You will work on the following transactions:
- public and private securitisations
- forward flow
- internal securitisations
- loan portfolio sales and servicing
- receivables financing
- warehouse lending
- back‑leverage / loan‑on‑loan
Experience required
We are looking for a structured finance lawyer to join our team at either Senior Associate or Principal Associate level, with a minimum of 4 PQE. The successful candidate will:
- have a strong track record in structured finance
- be capable of illustrating a willingness to generate and progress new client opportunities
- be experienced in running deals and supporting client/business development
- have an interest and experience in coaching/supervising junior team members
- have demonstrated strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
- be seeking a role with strong opportunities and expectations for career advancement
- possess a positive attitude to working in a collaborative environment, with strong time‑management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
