Senior Associate – Employment – Equal Pay & Pay Equity/Transparency

About the Team
The Employment team includes more than 220 qualified lawyers across our global office network. We provide stand‑alone employment services that are not linked to corporate activity. The team advises a wide range of organizations—from blue‑chip FTSE and Fortune 500 companies to start‑ups and owner‑managed businesses—and has experience on both national and international matters, including mergers & acquisitions, advisory cases, corporate support and advocacy. The team also handles over 1,000 Employment Tribunal claims a year and defends class‑action claims for household name clients.
Role and Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a lawyer with 4–8 PQE who will be part of a specialist Employment practice focused on equal pay and pay equity issues. You will advise national and global clients on the European Pay Transparency Directive (EPTD) and on high‑profile equal pay grievances, audit projects and class‑action claims. You will manage complex litigation and non‑contentious advice across a broad range of sectors including retail, health, technology, transport, finance, education, local government and utilities. You will supervise junior members of the team and work directly with partners.
