Role And Key Responsibilities
- You’ll support the delivery of the global marketing and business development plan for the energy sector and global sustainability campaign, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers across our global network.
- Digital Marketing
- Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns aligned to the energy sector and global sustainability campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and the firm’s website.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance.
- Optimise sector-related content for SEO to improve visibility and engagement.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including the use of Interaction (the firm’s CRM), encouraging engagement from lawyers and maintaining high-quality data.
- Social Media Content Creation
- Create, curate and manage content for the campaigns on social media channels.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to sector priorities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and digital team to produce engaging visual and video content.
- Event Management
- Plan and coordinate energy and sustainability-focused flagship and local events and global webinars.
- Manage logistics including venues, catering and guest lists.
- Promote events through a range of marketing channels to maximise engagement.
- Measure event success, assess ROI and recommend improvements.
- Thought Leadership Content
- Develop and publish thought leadership content focused on energy transition, sustainability and related topics.
- Work with lawyers and colleagues to create insightful, market-relevant content.
- Promote thought leadership through digital and social channels to extend reach and impact.
- Brand Management
- Ensure all energy and sustainability marketing activity aligns with the firm’s brand guidelines.
- Support a consistent brand voice across all sector-related communications.
- Client Engagement
- Support business development activity within the energy sector and global sustainability campaigns, including pitches and presentations.
- Assist with research and materials for sector campaigns and individual client opportunities.
- Maintain accurate internal databases capturing credentials, experience and client testimonials, sharing these through internal communications.
- Other Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc internal communications, events and publications connected to the sector.
- Contribute to wider marketing initiatives and firmwide campaigns as required.
- Work collaboratively across the business to support key Energy and Sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activity, performance and ROI.

- Marketing and/or business development experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
