Opportunity
We are looking for a part‑time Deeds Administrator to support our Manchester office. In this role you’ll have an opportunity to support our Practice Groups and work with our Team Assistant Hubs and wider Practice Group Support function. This role involves delivering client service excellence, supporting the end‑to‑end deeds process, and contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our business. We empower our people to stretch their skills and encourage ongoing personal and professional development.
Role And Key Responsibilities
- Manage efficient day‑to‑day deeds operations.
- Coordinate scheduling of deeds and completed documents.
- Input accurate data into our bespoke Records Management System and HighQ.
- Ensure existing data within the above platforms is accurate and update as necessary.
- Assist with planned office relocations and deeds clearance activities.
- Support the deeds management processes as required.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders both in‑person and remotely.
- Liaise with the Senior Deeds Administrator to provide regular updates of progress and identify any challenges.
- Provide additional ad‑hoc support as needed across various tasks.
