The Litigation Technology & Legal Project Management Team supports the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, enabling lawyers and clients to navigate complex matters with the right technology and project management support. This role is within the Litigation Technology function. Our team brings together specialists in computer science, digital forensics, law, and project management. We combine deep technical expertise with hands‑on litigation experience to help clients cut through complexity and get to the heart of their disputes quickly.

Role And Key Responsibilities
- Manage eDiscovery projects end‑to‑end, taking ownership of the full project lifecycle from scoping and data collection through to production, including budget management, cost control and stakeholder management.
- Deliver eDiscovery work to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency across all project outputs.
- Provide strategic advice to clients and legal teams on eDiscovery strategy and litigation technology, recommending the most effective and proportionate approach for each matter.
- Administer and configure workspaces on eDiscovery platforms including RelativityOne and OpenText eDiscovery, building tailored workflows and leveraging platform capabilities to meet matter‑specific requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors, acting as the key liaison between legal teams and service providers to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Work with the Litigation Technology Team Lead to ensure all matters are delivered in accordance with best practice standards, and that project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Proactively identify risks, and troubleshoot issues, escalating to the Head of Litigation Technology where appropriate.
- Operate as a role model, contributing ideas and insight to the Litigation Technology function, including proposals for best practice improvements, process efficiencies and innovation opportunities.
- Support the development of the Litigation Technology & Legal Project Management team through knowledge sharing, skills transfer, and mentoring of junior colleagues, with line management responsibilities.
- Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies and changes in eDiscovery best practice, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with legal teams and clients, and be a trusted adviser on eDiscovery and litigation technology matters.
- Collaborate with the firm‑wide Legal Technology community to drive cross‑practice legal technology initiatives and share best practice.
Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Forensics, or in Law.
- Extensive eDiscovery project management experience within a consultancy or law firm, with a proven track record of independently managing large‑scale, complex and fast‑paced matters.
- Full and in‑depth understanding of eDiscovery best practices, with a commitment to contributing to, and embedding, those practices across the team.
- Ability to balance hands‑on matter delivery with contributing to the strategic direction of the Litigation Technology function.
- A creative problem solver who can devise pragmatic solutions under pressure.
- A proactive approach to personal development, project delivery and process improvement.
- Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to consult directly with legal teams, clients and senior stakeholders to scope requirements, identify and mitigate risks, and advise on eDiscovery strategy.
- Expert‑level Relativity administration skills (RelativityOne preferred), including the ability to customise workspaces, build complex workflows, and tailor platform configurations to specific matter requirements.
- Experience administering OpenText eDiscovery is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable experience applying generative AI to litigation matters, including innovative use of AI tools for matter delivery, Relativity aiR Suite, or similar technologies.
- Enthusiasm for new and emerging technologies applied to litigation, including a keen interest in how innovation can enhance our broader Legal Technology toolkit.
- A team player who is equally comfortable leading matters independently as collaborating across teams, with a commitment to developing others.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong desire to continue developing technical skills.
- Security Clearance desirable but not essential.
