Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of Legal Technology across CAPG & CFPG.
- Deliver technology solutions in line with CAPG & CFPG strategy, reporting to a Senior Legal Technologist.
- Embed within CAPG and CFPG as a technology expert, define specific solutions and advise lawyers.
- Work closely with lawyers, clients, support staff to implement tools that enhance service delivery.
- Serve as Technology SME on client‑facing projects, under supervision of Senior Legal Technologists.
- Drive awareness and adoption of technology solutions; assist with initial issues.
- Support upskilling of stakeholders across teams and offices; collaborate with practice groups and fee earners.
- Manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Build relationships within practice groups and business services.
- Deliver fit‑for‑purpose legal technology solutions.
- Provide insights on legal market and technology trends; investigate new solutions.
- Assist with trialing, assessment, and embedding of new technology solutions.
- Assist with upgrades, integrations, and configurations; ensure thorough testing and issue resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Support Teams; manage communications with impacted parties.
- Maintain ongoing/regular maintenance activities.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in process improvement and configuring digital solutions using data visualisation, artificial intelligence, automation, workflow and no/low‑code platforms.
- Preferred experience in Commercial Advisory (Commercial, Competition, Financial Services, Tax) or Corporate Finance practice areas.
- Strong day‑to‑day self‑management and service‑excellence orientation.
- Technical proficiency with ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to define suitable and high‑quality solutions and estimate effort.
