Join Eversheds Sutherland as a Legal PA supporting our Litigation team.
What To Expect
As a Legal PA your role is pivotal, providing confidential and proactive support to stakeholders. Confidence, effective communication and influential skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder engagement: conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings, draft concise replies to correspondence and support client queries during absences.
- Adaptability and collaboration: support the wider PA team and cover for team members during absences.
- Efficient mailbox, diary and travel management: manage mailboxes and diaries including travel coordination.
- Meeting organisation and coordination: draft agendas, prepare for internal and external meetings and ensure necessary equipment and refreshments.
- Document management: undertake urgent and short document work and collaborate with the production team for larger documents.
- Financial administration and compliance: coordinate with billing and finance teams and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Pitch and presentation creation: create impactful pitches and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders.
- Marketing and business development: coordinate and organise events and create event material.
- Championing process improvements: influence decisions and advocate for process changes within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar professional environment, providing seamless adaptation to a busy environment.
