- Stakeholder engagement: Conduct regular one to one meetings with stakeholders to discuss actions, priorities, expectations and future planning.
Attend team meetings, maintain a flexible approach and adopt hybrid working to accommodate stakeholder and client needs.
- Diary and mailbox management: Efficiently manage diaries and mailbox management.
Act as a liaison point for colleagues and clients.
Assist with client queries during stakeholder absences.
- Meeting coordination: Organise and plan meetings, arrange necessary travel, equipment and refreshments using available technology and resources.
- Workload prioritisation: Take ownership of tasks, delegate effectively across dedicated support teams such as billing, finance, team assistants, document production.
Monitor task progress and proactively communicate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Matter management: Manage the end to end file opening process, collaborating with stakeholders and other business support teams, including electronic filing.
- Financial administration and compliance: Assist in providing financial administrative support to stakeholders, coordinating with billing and finance teams, ensuring compliance with legal, firm‑wide and practice specific policies and procedures.
- Document management: Undertake short document work. Collaborate with our document production team for larger documents utilising our dedicated software.
- Business development support: Assist the team with follow‑up reporting.

Prepare and submit expenses.
