As an eBilling Support Analyst, reporting to the Billing Manager, you will work closely with the wider Finance Team to support the firm's end-to-end eBilling process from client implementation through to successful delivery of the e-billed invoice to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain complex relationships with clients and key stakeholder groups including Practice Groups, Working Capital Management, Finance Operations, IT, Global Client teams and 3rd party suppliers.
- Accurately input and maintain data in vendor systems such as Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, Collaborati and CounselLink among others.
- Timely and accurately submit invoices to the appropriate platforms.
- Report, monitor and resolve any invoice rejections.
- Maintain eBilling mailboxes and respond to queries promptly.
- Provide effective training and support to Billing teams in the UK and International Offices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in legal billing.
- Strong knowledge of legal billing systems and eBilling platforms.
- Familiarity with law firm billing guidelines and compliance requirements.
