We are looking for two experienced Corporate Lawyers to join the Leeds team, at Associate, Senior Associate or Principal Associate level. Candidates are expected to contribute proactively to business development activity and develop close working relationships with appropriate office contacts throughout the national and international network.
Skills and Experience
- 3-8 years of Post Qualified Experience in Corporate law.
- Ability to manage competing client demands and work flexibly to tight deadlines.
- Excellent client service delivery, drive, enthusiasm and teamwork skills.
- Strong relationship‑building ability with clients and colleagues, and experience supporting junior lawyers.
- Strong commercial awareness and willingness to participate in group training.
- At the Senior Associate or Principal Associate level: experience in coaching, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
