Role And Key Responsibilities
The role is Leeds or Manchester based, working across the UK and internationally on cross‑office client service teams. You will advise clients on high‑profile Employment Tribunal litigation, non‑contentious advice, and project work across sectors such as education, technology, transport, pharma, retail, industrials, and utilities.
We are looking for:
- Experience working in an employment team – ideally 0–4 PQE.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently at times.
- Experience working in a national team of lawyers.
- Responsive to change and able to innovate to meet client needs.
- Excellent IT skills to deliver innovative advice solutions.
- A commitment to delivering quality service and the ability to handle heavy workload demands.
