Our team
We are a national Banking Practice Group with an enviable list of clients and transactions to our name. We regularly advise high profile clients, consisting of UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions and are able to utilise our strong domestic and international network of specialists. The breadth and quality of work that we undertake sets us apart from many of our competitors.
On the majority of transactions we act opposite Magic Circle and large U.S. firms. Many of our Partners and Associates have joined the team from Magic Circle, US and similar high quality finance practices, and work alongside Associates and Partners who have been with the firm from the early stages of their careers.
Our national Banking Practice Group covers corporate / leverage finance, real estate finance, and debt capital markets. Key areas of focus for the team include:
- Corporate and Leverage Finance - we have a wide-ranging practice and represent private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and lenders (both banks and private capital providers). We advise on a full range of leveraged situations.
