Role and key responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder engagement: Conduct regular one to one meetings with stakeholders to discuss actions, priorities, expectations and future planning.
  • Diary and mailbox management: Efficiently manage diaries and mailbox management.
  • Meeting coordination: Organise and plan meetings, arrange necessary travel, equipment and refreshments.
  • Workload prioritisation: Take ownership of tasks, delegate effectively across dedicated support teams.
  • Matter management: Manage the end to end file opening process.
  • Financial administration and compliance: Assist in providing financial administrative support to stakeholders.
  • Document management: Undertake short document work.
  • Business development support: Assist the team with follow-up reporting.
  • Collaboration and technology adoption: Build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
