You will work on complex, high-profile litigation and investigations, gaining exposure across teams, geographies and the wider firm.

Our team

Our Litigation Technology & Legal Project Management team supports the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, helping lawyers and clients manage complex matters through the effective use of technology, data and structured project delivery.

This opportunity sits within our specialist Litigation Technology function.

The team brings together expertise across computer science, digital forensics, law and project management.

Together, we apply technical knowledge and hands‑on litigation experience to help clients manage large volumes of data, reduce complexity and make informed decisions quickly.

This is an opportunity to work with industry‑leading e Discovery and case management platforms, including Relativity One and Open Text e Discovery, while contributing to innovation across litigation technology.

If you are interested in the intersection of law, technology and data, this is a role where you can develop your expertise and make a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of e Discovery projects across the full lifecycle, from scoping and data collection through to review, production and project close.
  • Take ownership of small to mid‑sized matters, while supporting Senior Consultants on larger or more complex projects.
  • Deliver high‑quality project outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail throughout each matter.
  • Provide practical guidance to legal teams and clients on e Discovery workflows, litigation technology and proportionate matter delivery.
  • Administer and configure workspaces on platforms such as Relativity One and Open Text e Discovery, tailoring workflows to meet matter‑specific requirements.
  • Support budget tracking, cost monitoring, project documentation and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify risks, contribute to quality control processes, troubleshoot issues and escape where appropriate.
  • Contribute ideas for best practice improvements, process efficiencies and innovation across the Litigation Technology function.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging technology and changes in e Discovery best practice.
  • Build strong relationships with legal teams, clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on e Discovery and litigation technology matters.
  • Collaborate with the firm‑wide Legal Technology community to contribute to cross‑practice legal technology initiatives and share best practice.

Skills & Experience

  • A degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Security or Computer Forensics, or a background in Law.
  • Relativity Certified Administrator qualification or other e Discovery certifications desirable.
  • Direct e Discovery experience gained within a consultancy, law firm or similar professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting multiple phases of the e Discovery project lifecycle, with confidence managing workstreams or smaller matters independently.
  • A strong understanding of e Discovery best practice and a commitment to delivering work to a high standard.
  • Strong Relativity administration skills, ideally including Relativity One, with the ability to customise workspaces, build workflows and troubleshoot platform processes.
  • Strong client‑facing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand requirements, identify risks and communicate clearly with legal teams and clients.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach, with the ability to work under pressure and devise pragmatic solutions.
  • Experience with Open Text e Discovery, High Q Collaborate or Opus2 Case Management would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • An interest in emerging technologies and the application of generative AI to litigation matters, including tools such as Relativity ai R Suite, Harvey, Legora or similar technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and a strong desire to continue developing technical skills.
