  • Coordinate interviews and briefing meetings between consultants and clients, ensuring both parties are fully briefed throughout the process.
  • Support the end-to-end placement process, from initial enquiry through to onboarding, and engagement document.
  • Work closely with HR Resourcing Manager and support functions to ensure all contractual documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Support business development initiatives by maintaining market intelligence and identifying opportunities within the HR consulting and interim HR market.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach.
  • An ability to think from the client's perspective and deliver exceptional service.
  • Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM system would be advantageous.
