The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised person to support the delivery of our services to, and enhance our relationship with, our most important clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in legal technology, to develop their aptitude and broaden their experience in a client-facing, delivery-focused role. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of client engagements, while also identifying opportunities to develop our client relationships and streamline processes and enhance efficiency and experience and client service delivery through the use of legal tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising directly with clients as a first port of call for queries and troubleshooting.
  • Liaising directly with colleagues across the business, legal and business services.
  • Assisting with the preparation of interactive relationship reports and presentations for client meetings.
  • Coordinating and scheduling internal client service team meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing key action points – and following up with the relevant owners.
  • Managing/actioning any client specific projects we are asked to do.
  • Managing adherence by the client service team of client governance/requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and embed streamlined processes that enhance client service delivery.

Skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • Experience in a support role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills.
  • An innovative and curious mindset with the ability to identify areas where client service delivery can be enhanced.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
