We are a global Finance Group advising high‑profile clients, including UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds, and corporates on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions. Our breadth and quality of work sets us apart from many competitors. On most transactions we act opposite Magic Circle, Silver Circle and large U.S. firms. We seek candidates experienced in Real Estate Finance to join our growing and ambitious team. We have one of the leading REF practices in the market, acting for many major domestic and international banks, alternative lenders and institutional borrowers on bilateral, syndicated and structured transactions. We work closely with Real Estate, Construction, Corporate, Tax and international teams, with a specialism in development financing. Our network and international finance capability allows us to advise on significant Real Estate Finance deals.
Role And Key Responsibilities
- Gain experience working with a wide range of lender and borrower clients across multiple sectors and jurisdictions.
- Engage in business development activities, including organising and attending marketing events and opportunistic meetings.
- Leverage strong LMA documentation experience and work collaboratively in a non‑hierarchical environment; deliver excellent client service and contribute to business development, training, marketing, knowledge management and other non‑transactional activities.
- Hospitality sector experience is a distinct advantage; expertise in Food & Beverage, Hotels and Travel & Tourism is sought, though other sector experience is welcome.
- At a Senior Associate/Principal Associate level, supervise and coach junior team members.
