This is an opening for an AV Support Technician, specialising in Audio Visual, Video Conferencing and Unified Communications solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, suppliers and team members.

  • Conduct daily morning meeting room testing
  • Set up and support meetings and conferences
  • Host remote meetings and webinars, including setup and management of polling, Q&A, and breakout rooms
  • Provide 1st/2nd line troubleshooting for AV systems globally
  • End‑to‑end management of all AV faults
  • Event support: preparation, rehearsals, live event management
  • Collaborate with Project Managers & Field Engineers to resolve service issues
  • Collaborate with the wider business to ensure a seamless experience for end users
  • Travel to other Eversheds Sutherland sites and events; occasional international travel may be required

Knowledge and Experience

  • In‑room AV hardware: Microsoft Teams Rooms (Crestron, Polycom, Logitech); Video Conferencing rooms (Pexip, Cisco, Polycom); AV peripherals – Shure, Q‑SYS, Biamp, Nureva, AVer, Huddly, Crestron, Extron, Blackmagic, Yamaha
  • Video conferencing, unified communications, and collaboration platforms: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, vMix; Digital signage systems (Scala, TriplePlay); IPTV systems
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, remain calm under pressure, work independently, professional conduct
  • Excellent time management, presentation, and organisational skills
