Our team is a national Real Estate Finance Group with an enviable list of clients and transactions to our name. We regularly advise high profile clients, consisting of UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
We have an opportunity for an Associate (2-5 PQE) to join the national Real Estate Finance Group in Birmingham, Cardiff or Manchester to support a broad range of Real Estate Finance transactions. The candidate will gain experience of working with a wide range of lender and borrower clients across a number of real estate sectors and jurisdictions. Team members of all levels are expected to be engaged in business development activities, including organising and attending larger set-piece marketing events as well as more ad hoc / opportunistic meetings.
