The Head of Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational strategy, execution, and performance within their geographical region. Reporting directly to the SVP of Operations, the Head of Operations leads regional operations, overseeing Senior Operations Managers and ensuring customer success, operational efficiency, and scalability across the territory.
This role focuses on setting strategic direction for the region, providing governance, and aligning operational performance with broader company goals.
What You’ll Do
- Own the operational strategy for the region, aligning local execution with global priorities.
