This is an exciting role with significant growth potential to help lead all NAVLIN Market Access & Pricing Systems Implementation Services practice in an integrated delivery model to meet strategic customer needs. The person in this role is proficient working across pricing software, price and access data & analytics, and systems implementation consulting services to lead creation and delivery of innovative offerings that meet complex and varied customer needs. They will engage customers at all levels, build & drive teams to deliver world class technology‑enabled solutions, and support senior management in building a best‑in‑class strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define and understand price and access challenges and solutions.
- Work with software and data product teams to adapt products to emerging needs and dramatically improve the quality and reduce the cost of generating insights.
- Lead solution and consulting projects to assist clients in optimizing price and access decisions and insights.
- Engage and lead global teams and resources across Europe, US, India and Asia to develop market knowledge.
- Plan & deliver on profit/loss, revenue and practice growth targets for the NA‑LIN practice.
- Assist in selling, planning, organizing and leading various projects, programs and services related to pricing and market access.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop an innovative view of future changes and create new models for market engagement and delivery.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and proactive bias management.

Leadership Responsibilities
- Responsible for and oversee the portfolio within their department.
- Develop and build a vision and operational details for the pricing and access system implementation marketplace.
- Help set and achieve goals for EVERSANA’s global initiatives.
- Drive scalability by determining delivery objectives, creating innovative work delivery methods and best practices.
- Create high‑performing teams by reviewing performance, discussing appraisals and administering personnel actions.
Job Expectations
- Travel could be expected 1-2 days per week on average within Europe, with occasional USA or Asian trips.
- Hours: (Hours per week, days of the week) – as required for the role.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience and/or Training: 5‑10+ years in price and access with a major systems implementation consulting firm.
- Licenses/Certificates: None.
- Technology/Equipment: Skilled at Excel, PowerPoint & Word; experience implementing life sciences price & access software such as NAVLIN, ModelN, Access Infinity, Pricia, Inpharmation, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: MBA or advanced degree in Economics, Health Policy or other relevant area.
- Experience and/or Training: Significant experience with both a major systems integration consulting firm AND a life sciences manufacturer in price and access.
- Licenses/Certificates: Certification in certain data analytics skills is a significant plus.
- Technology/Equipment: Experience leading teams to deliver business intelligence visualizations, business planning/forecasting and/or financial systems integration.
