Our design team focuses on delivering the best experience possible for shoppers, agents and all our internal and external partners across all of our products and markets. We’re currently invested in ensuring a fast and easy way to shop for insurance, as well as optimising our agent-facing experience to help carriers work smart and fast to provide the best deals.

We’re looking for a UX Designer who believes design is a team sport, and wants to make a real impact. Work on initiatives across our consumer facing experiences, our insurance marketplace - delivering simple, engaging and performant solutions that help connect consumers with insurance providers.

  • Understand and advocate the needs of both our Everquote business, and our shoppers - ensuring we’re delivering evidence backed design solutions and decisions that balance business, user and technology considerations.
  • From exploratory interviews to usability testing you evangelise continuous discovery, helping the team make informed design decisions from both qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Co-create with Product, Engineering & Data Insights teams across all stages of the product development lifecycle.
  • Support the evolution of our design system to ensure we continue to grow in an efficient, scalable and consistent way.
  • Believe in a culture of feedback and actively seek out feedback on your work and approaches.
  • Be an active figure in our design community, collaborating in our design routines, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and improvement.

3+ years experience designing digital user experiences.

Education in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business or related disciplines.

Understand and carefully consider the landscape on which you design, including information architecture, systems design and design systems.

Experience in working with, contributing to, and governance of design systems.

Expert proficiency in core design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Experience designing e-commerce user experiences, with demonstrable focus on visual and interaction design.

Experience with experimentation design, as a part of CRO programmes.

Experience working in an agile product development team.
