We’re hiring a Talent Partnerships Executive to identify, engage, and secure high-impact creators, talent, brands, and partners across a wide range of industries. This role sits at the forefront of Everpress’ growth, focused on bringing exceptional talent onto the platform—from globally recognised artists and influencers to emerging talent, brands, charities, and cultural leaders with strong audiences and meaningful merchandise potential. You’ll be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting high-value partnerships, positioning Everpress as the go-to platform for premium, sustainable merchandise. This is a high-impact commercial role with uncapped earning potential and significant opportunity to directly influence Everpress’ growth, brand positioning, and creator ecosystem.
Compensation
- Base salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience
- Uncapped commission structure, directly tied to partnerships and revenue generated
- Typical On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £45,000–£60,000
- Significant upside for high performers, with top performers earning £70,000+
- Clear progression path to Senior Talent Partnerships Manager based on performance

Key Responsibilities
Talent & Partner Acquisition- Identify, engage, and onboard high-potential creators, talent, brands, charities, and communities
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline from outreach through to campaign launch
- Secure strategic partnerships that drive GMV growth and brand visibility
- Achieve and exceed outreach, acquisition, and revenue targets
- Accurately forecast pipeline performance and revenue growth
- Drive strong campaign performance through strategic partner selection
- Build long-term relationships with creators and partners
- Guide partners from initial outreach through launch and growth
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding and partner experience
- Develop systems and processes to efficiently identify and engage talent
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to optimise creator acquisition
- Provide market insights to help shape Everpress’ product and growth strategy

Essential qualities:
- Proven ability to build and manage a pipeline or partnerships funnel
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
- Target-driven mindset with strong commercial instincts
- Passion for creators, brands, and cultural trends
Highly desirable:
- Experience in partnerships, sales, influencer management, creator outreach, or influencer marketing
- Experience working with creators, influencers, brands, or charities
- Experience working in startup, ecommerce, or creator-focused environments
- Confident conducting video calls, meetings, and presentations
