Salary: £30,000

Exciting opportunity to join a leading retailer as a store manager.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, dedicated, and a strong team player, with the ability to build great relationships with both customers and colleagues. You\’ll have a passion for sales, a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, and a commitment to achieving KPIs and sales targets.

Responsibilities:
• Exceeding store target and delivering KPI\’s
• Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
• Deliver a great experience for all customers leading your team in the Store Manager role
• Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates\’ sales techniques to maximize sales
• Deliver high standards of visual merchandising
• Ensure the sales floor is neat, clean, organized and always reflects the correct visual image
• Commercially drive sales in a customer focused sales environment
• You will be able to motivate, coach and develop the team
• Mange store P & L and costs
