Salary: £30k-£35k We're recruiting for a Registered Manager to take the lead in a friendly, community-based adult care service supporting around 30 individuals to live independently in their own homes.
What you'll be doing: Lead the daily operation of the service, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
Ensure high standards of person-centred support are maintained.
Oversee compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
Manage, support and motivate the staff team.
Monitor the quality of the service and identify opportunities for improvement.
Split your time between office-based management and visiting clients within the community.

You: Previous experience in a Registered Manager.
Good knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
