Marine Operations Manager

When: Monday - Friday

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 (Dependant on experience)

Responsibilities

• Managing successful, long-term contracts to safely operate marine and other petrochemical terminals within the UK.
• Fostering collaborative working with clients and our own management teams to maintain and continuously improve good working relationships and practices.
• Management of company team managers remotely.
• Ensuring that training and team and individual performance and succession planning is delivered effectively throughout the organisation and to the highest of standards.
• Ownership of P&L across multiple sites, including delegation and governance of budgets to colleagues. Derive, develop, and deliver reporting on business performance.
• Proactively seeking out potential new business within and adjacent to the petrochemical sector to grow the business.

Candidates must be able to travel across the UK to visit sites.
