Clinical Negligence Solicitor Full Time, Permanent
Up to £45,000 + 25% profit share (ability to earn approx £25,000 extra in profit)

An exciting full-time opportunity to a join one of Yorkshire\’s most highly rated law firms. We are seeking a highly experienced clinical negligence solicitor.
Job Details and Benefits:
- Hybrid working – ability to work from the office and from home (2 days at home, 3 in the office)
- Profit share arrangements.
- Car insurance – The firm will pay up to £600 per year towards car insurance

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies.
- Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on liability, causation, and quantum in clinical negligence matters.
- Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
- Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and medical issues and developments.
- Support senior colleagues with complex and high-value claims, assisting in delivering excellent client service
What we need from you:
- 2 years PQE as a qualified solicitor
- Extensive PI and Clinical Negligence experience.
- Autonomous and self sufficient
- Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
- Strong technical and IT skills.
