Great opportunity to join a Market Leading Brand as Social Media Manager where you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the social media strategy focusing on growing the brand's social presence, increasing engagement, and strengthening brand awareness. This position is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of content marketing, organic social platforms, and influencer partnerships, alongside a proven ability to grow social communities and deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social and digital media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, and support sales performance.
  • Plan and implement a clear content strategy, including the creation of both short- and long-term content calendars.
  • Manage the brand's social media channels, including planning, creating, and scheduling relevant and creative content.
  • Produce engaging, platform-appropriate content aligned with audience interests and current social media trends.
  • Monitor competitor activity across social platforms to identify opportunities and stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media updates, platform features, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop high-quality content and campaigns.
  • Track performance through social media analytics and deliver regular performance reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Set clear campaign objectives and measure success, including evaluating return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure performance aligns with agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor and respond to customer comments, feedback, and messages across social platforms.
  • Work closely with internal teams including E-commerce, Creative, and PR to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and implement an influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, product priorities, and agreed KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Essential Marketing or Social Media Qualification: Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous experience managing or mentoring team members with the ability to support and develop others.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas that resonate with audiences.
  • Analytical Thinking: Comfortable analysing data and using insights to inform strategy and optimise performance.
  • Design Awareness: Basic understanding of design principles to help create visually engaging content.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Desirable Retail Experience: Previous experience working within the fashion or retail industry.
