Leading Sports and Bike specialist retailer are looking to hire an experienced Bicycle Mechanic / Technician in Brent Cross. Your expertise will ensure that every product, (bikes will make up around 85% of your work), is serviced and repaired to the highest standard, performing like new for longer.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- In-depth Diagnosis: Identifying technical faults on customer products with precision and recommending the most appropriate solution to the customer.
- Expert Servicing & Repair: Performing comprehensive services and repairs on bicycles.
- Customer-Centric Service: Ensuring every customer receives an exceptional service experience, offering advice and building trust.
- Operational Savvy: Efficiently managing stock, ordering necessary components, and maintaining accurate workshop records.
- Quality Assurance: Adhering to the highest standards of workmanship and safety in all repairs and builds.
