In this role, you won’t be providing hands‑on treatment; instead, you will use your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive medical assessments.
You will evaluate how long‑term health conditions or disabilities impact a person’s daily life and mobility, translating your findings into clear, objective reports that help determine their eligibility for support and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations with individuals living with a variety of physical and mental health conditions.
- Analyse medical evidence and use your clinical judgment to assess functional capacity.
- Write comprehensive, objective, and evidence-based reports to a high professional standard.
- Maintain empathy, professionalism, and strict confidentiality throughout every assessment.

- Starting Base Salary: £40000
- At 6 Months (Upon Approval): £43000 (includes £1000 6-month uplift + £2000 Face‑to‑Face Assessor uplift)

- Starting Base Salary: £42000
- At 6 Months (Upon Approval): £44000 (includes £2000 Face‑to‑Face Assessor uplift)

- What We Are Looking For
- Professional
Registration: Active registration with the relevant body (NMC, HCPC, or GPh C) as a Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist. (Adult clinical experience required as you will be working with individuals aged 16–65).
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-qualification clinical experience.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and listening skills, strong analytical abilities, proficient IT skills, and high report‑writing capability.
- Right to Work: Candidates must have full Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
