Clinical Assessment Specialist - Generous Benefits & Bonuses

Clinical Assessor – Nurses & AHPs
Hybrid Working | Monday–Friday | No Shifts | Full-Time & Part-Time
Location: Yeovil (Hybrid – home and site-based)
Salary: £40,000–£42,000 (pro rata for part-time)

  • 5% approval bonus
  • 10% annual performance bonus (paid quarterly)

  • Overtime paid at time and a half (once approved)

Hours:
9:00am–5:00pm | No weekends or bank holidays

The Role

Carry out functional health assessments to understand how a person's condition affects their daily living. Assessments are completed via telephone, video and face-to-face when required.

This is a non-treatment role focused on:

  • Clinical assessment
  • Evidence-based decision making
  • Professional judgement
  • Clear, structured report writing

Who We're Looking For

Registered healthcare professionals with 12+ months' post-registration adult experience:

  • RGN
  • RMN
  • RNLD (Adult)
  • Physiotherapist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Paramedic

Experienced Disability Assessors are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Need

  • Active NMC or HCPC registration
  • Strong clinical reasoning and report-writing skills
  • Good IT and time management skills
  • Ability to travel to the Yeovil site when required
  • Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
